Group Sessions

Group therapy takes place in a setting with others that are experiencing similar issues.

In group, the members assist each other on their journey to good mental health. They inspire each other to learn and practice new ways to live life with good mental health & assist other members in the group.

Additional Services

Life Coaching-provided by Certified Personal Life Coach
Assessments:
- Meet legal requirements for most state court (i.e. DUI and/or probation)
  - DUI/DWI
  - Anger management
  - Substance Abuse Assessment
  - Mental health Assessment
Classes-that meet state/court criteria:

Clinical Supervision

The groups & individual sessions/classes will meet on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month. The time will be announced.

The groups will consist of 3-5 APC level therapists. Groups will meet twice a monthly for 1.5 hour sessions, to ensure the required yearly hours of supervision are met. The groups are conducted as outlined by the State of Georgia Licensing Board.

Individual Supervision are held on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month. Upon initial scheduling, you will be assigned a set time for your individual session and that will be your time throughout the process. This practice is to ensure stability and consistency of attendance.

As an added bonus "Chair Therapists" are experienced in community mental health therapy and can offer insight on best practices and interventions for this unique setting.

Groups Meet

Monday & Friday Weekly

The group will address and introduce strategies (based on theory and life experiences) to support members through life changing decisions and transitions.

The group will focus on women learning and applying strategies to take control and responsibility for their life's paths. The group members will share and discuss their life experiences, make suggestions, take criticism, and provide support to each other..

GRIEF GROUP

"The Road to Acceptance & Good Mental Health"

1st and 3rd Saturday

11:00 am - 12:00 pm

This group topics will focus on issues, challenges the families face when living a loved one passes away.

In the sessions, the group members will receive insightful information about The Stages of Grief and The Grieving Process. During the group meetings the Members will support each other on his or her journey through the grieving process.

Grief is a personal process that everyone process through differently and at different paces, through group is designed for every to feel free to grieve at his or her own pace

The group's goal is to assist members in developing the strength and positive skills to successfully complete their journey through the grieving process, while restoring "Good Mental Health."
