Chrissy's Philosophy

A dedicated mental health therapist with a passion for helping others rewrite their life stories. I believe
that everyone has a voice and a unique story to tell, and I’m here to support you in exploring yours with compassion and
understanding.
I specialize in working with clients who are navigating trauma, grief, self-worth challenges, mood disorders, and anxiety.
With a Master of Science in Professional Counseling and certification as a Self-Love Coach, I bring both academic
training and personal insight to my practice. Over the past four years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including
community mental health, where I’ve gained valuable experience supporting people through a range of emotional and
mental health challenges.
My approach is centered on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a method that helps us understand the connections
between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I have extensive experience working with individuals facing grief, PTSD,
depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to
openly explore your thoughts and feelings.
My own experiences with mental health challenges have taught me the value of reaching out and finding the right support.
I know firsthand the courage it takes to seek help, and I am deeply committed to providing a space where you feel
validated, empowered, and understood. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to foster meaningful change, promote
resilience, and help you align with your core values and aspirations.
If you’re ready to start this journey, I invite you to reach out for a consultation. Let’s work together to create a path
forward that reflects your goals, dreams, and strengths
"You are worthy of receiving support and love, even on your toughest days."
